The Mysteries of Lender Credit Reports

Lender Credit Reports

Lender credit reports, have you heard of them? If not, don't be surprised most people haven't. In fact most people are just too scared to even consider their own credit reports. But keep in mind that most lending institutions develop their own lender credit reports. Maybe this might be information they don't necessarily share with the big credit reporting services and maybe it is just information that is not pertinent to the national credit reporting agencies. But whatever it is, it is something that concerns you.

When we think of credit, do we ever think of lender credit reports? Do we consider our very relationship with the lender a personal one? We should, because they do. They are very interested in how we behave as borrowers, or else why would they maintain lender credit reports. So before you default on that next big loan, or decide to buy a ski boat instead of making payments on your last toy, keep in mind the concept of lender credit reports. The company that had the good faith to loan you money way back when is still concerned with your future financial picture. So do not forget about them and the lender credit reports they maintain, because in all likelihood those lender credit reports have a lot to do with the national credit reports that are distributed and affect the report generated by the credit reporting agencies. And remember, these credit reporting agencies have a lot to do with that next ski boat, cabin, home or exciting business opportunity that may come you way in the future. In fact, lender credit reports have a big impact on the purchases you will be making in the future.
